The Red Pill Patriot Podcast
Elon Said What?
Oh, it looks like we're recording everyone. Hey, this is Dr. Matt and, I'm back, baby. Now, what do I mean by that? The red pill Patriot, which is my handle on X and on other social medias and stuff, a while ago I had had a podcast and I love doing, I love recording it. And I kind of envisioned myself with this kind of this long form content creator and, Being a one man show and that's right. One man, that's who I am. and having a full time job and career outside of this, it became very difficult for me to be able to do it all, come up with show ideas, research, generate the script, record it, edit it, mix it, and get it uploaded. And as much as I love doing the show, the long form. scene just wasn't working for me because it just took too much time. I was just too busy. So I kind of put the show on a shelf with the intent and hope that one day I would be able to come back and, revisit it, get it back up and going. Maybe, you know, possibly generate some income alongside of it. So I could free up more time to be able to devote more attention to this, because I do love doing this. I love being able to sit down and put down my thoughts and record things and, you know, get a message out there, to people. But, unfortunately, given the time that, has transpired since then, I still am real busy. So I've kind of come to this point where I'm just going to put stuff out there. And some of these episodes will probably be longer than others. Some will be dealing with what's going on. politically, culturally, here in America, those kinds of things. But I figure that the most important thing is to at least put something out there and hopefully if you enjoy, what I'm doing, what I'm putting out there, if you enjoy the content and begin to subscribe and like it and follow it, those kinds of things, it may be, there'll be a groundswell. I do not envision being the next Joe Rogan by any means. although I would love to have just a small fraction of Joe's fame, hats off to the guy that goes from fear factor and standup comedy to, having the most successful, podcast in the world. That to me is just a huge, awesome story, but I digress. So what do I want to talk about with you right now? What I decided to do was to get into something that's been all over X as of late for the past couple days, and I'll be honest with you, I've just caught comments and thoughts and people that are basically losing their ever loving minds because of what Vivek have said about it. H one B Visa situation and, and I'm seeing people that are just saying, you know, we can't allow any immigration at all and we can't, you know, everyone that's not an American needs to go away and we need to, to just America first, which I am America first guys, you know, let me be up front say that. But for me, and I think at large, many people out there. Being America first means that we are putting our country first, There is a place in this country for Legal and I say that again Legal immigration we want People to come to this country who one want to be a part of America. Okay, we want people who come here legally. We want people who come here that want to be American, not people that want to come here and be, you know, Guatemalan, I mean, you can bring pieces of your culture, but if you're coming to America, you need to want to be an American first and foremost, and you can come and you can bring all the greatness that you are as a person and the good things of your culture and bring it in. And we can, integrate and come together to create greater things. So, from what little I know, being America first is, yes, we want America to be the best. We want America to be the greatest. And as a part of that, we should welcome people who want to contribute to making America great. part of making America great is understanding that we do not know everything. We don't. And because we don't know everything, we need to be open to other people, other ways of thinking. So anyways, You know, what I want to do here is I want to take a look at what's going on here with the whole Elon Musk controversy. So kind of ironic here, I'm actually pulling up X as you're listening to this and I'm going to my favorite AI, Grok. if you haven't tried playing with Grok, it is so much fun, everyone. and really becoming quite a useful, piece of AI. so, I quickly just asked Grok, I said, Hey Grok, what has Elon Musk said regarding the H1B visa program that has some Americans upset? And Grok went out and did his little thing and came back. He said that Elon Musk's comments on the H1B visa program have sparked controversy and upset some Americans, particularly within the conservative and MAGA, Make America Great communities. Here's some key points based on recent statements. Musk has publicly defended the H one B visa program, emphasizing its importance for bringing in highly skilled workers to the United States. He has argued that the tech industry needs these workers to remain competitive globally, likening it to recruiting top talent for a sports team. His defense included statements like needing double the number of super talented engineers. For American companies to succeed, highlighting that many critical people who built companies like SpaceX and Tesla were in the U S due to the H one B visa program. Okay. So let's tackle that first issue first here. Based upon that, I would say that I agree with Elon. We are at an inflection point here in America, but in the world at large, because of namely, Artificial intelligence, where it's going, what's it going to do? It's going to completely flip the world upside down. I do believe, and I am not a tech guru by any means. how it all works is really kind of over my head and above my pay grade. but I am very much intrigued by it, but given what little I know about AI and what's going to happen here, I think Elon's right. I think we do need the absolute best talent. There is. To accomplish keeping America, not just competitive, but ahead of our competitors. whether you believe it or not, America has enemies and we know that there are enemies out there. We know that there are people that want to do us harm. Now I don't want to come at this whole issue of immigration and everything from a fear standpoint, but we need the best talent out there. let's go to point two here of what Grock has to say. number two, criticism of American workforce. Musk's comments have sometimes been perceived as critical of the American workforce, suggesting there is a shortage of extremely talented and motivated engineers in America. This has led to the backlash from those who believe such statements implying that American workers are not capable or that they are being replaced by cheaper foreign labor. Americans have become, by and large, not everyone, and this is not a, a statement that everyone should hopefully take offense to, but because of what we've allowed to happen, whether intentionally or unintentionally, Americans have become Lazy and I'm an American. I was born here. I'm Caucasian. I'm not trying to insult anyone. That's not my whole point, but we've become lazy guys as a society and we can delve into in future episodes why I think this is because there's a lot to it. A lot of societal problems, a lot of things that broken down, a lot of things that we're not doing. But in this particular instance, I would say at the core of this criticism of America and, Americans and our workforce, we have had it so good for so long and technology has come along and enhanced our lives and made it so much better than it used to be. we've gotten lazy. And then you add on top of that, and this is a big, big issue I have, you add on top of that, an education system that has completely, failed the up and coming generation. And we can talk about this again some other time, but I will say this, the education system here in America is crap in so many ways. Put almost all the blame on us being asleep at the wheel. As far as parents go and adults, we have not done our job of being diligent. while we've been sleeping at the wheel, there are nefarious parties that have crept in and our public education system, our public schools are no longer. Public education institutions. They are public indoctrination camps They have been infiltrated by cultural Marxists and those that would tear apart America from the inside they knew that if they could capture the younger generations that they could effectively destroy America from within and To this point they've successfully done that. I mean if you're a younger person listening to this Ask yourself were you taught reading writing and writing? Mathematics, arithmetic, science, you know, factually based things in school, or were you taught how to be a good little social justice warrior? were you taught critical race theory and, diversity, equity, inclusion, and all this, all this crap? It does nothing to help us as a people, move forward and, and build and create and develop. Facts don't care about your feelings. I know that's a cliche saying that's been said over and over again, but it's true. It's really true. So on this point here, I think that Elon's hitting the nail on the head, other cultures around the world. they are focused on family and respect and education and learning and meritocracy and becoming the best you can be in competing and all those things that we used to be as a country. We used to be as a society. We used to be as a people, but we've gotten lazy. And now with AI coming on board, the time for us to reclaim that greatness is quickly going away. So if we're going to stay competitive, we need to bring in the best Okay. Number three. And I think here total grok. Yeah, he gives me five points. And after that, I'll wrap this up because again, this is already probably running a little long here, but I just want to get this out here and kind of give you my thoughts. Number three, vulgar response to critics in response to criticism on social media, Musk use strong language, telling a user to F yourself in the face and promising to go to quote war unquote over the issue, which further inflamed tensions and led to accusations of him attacking American workers and their advocates. Okay. Point three, do I agree with Elon saying what he said to whoever he said with a profane language. Not really, but I'm also a free speech absolutist. So, if we're going to have a truly free speech focused society and allow people to speak their minds, you know, toughen up, you know, yeah, it kind of sucks that he chose to go there but obviously Elon's very passionate about this issue. And I think that his passion really comes from the fact that he, loves America. And he wants to truly help president Trump make America great again. And we don't have time for petty little squabbling and complaining and whining and, Oh, that hurt my feelings. And, Oh, that's not fair. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. We don't have time for that guys. So, while I don't necessarily agree with how he responded there based upon this, I can see a sense of urgency, point number four that Grok brings up here. Backlash from MAGA supporters, goes on to say here, his stances led to a backlash from some of Donald Trump's supporters who see that his advocacy for H 1B visas as contrary to the America first policies they voted for. There have been accusations of Musk retaliating against critics by removing their verification check marks on X formerly Twitter, though these claims lack substantial evidence. Okay? We know who President Trump is guys. We've seen what he did in his first two term as president. Unfortunately, he did not know how bad the deep state was. He didn't know how bad things really truly were. and, and he was, he was, you know, really, handicapped for lack of a better phrase, I guess, as I'm thinking on the fly here from accomplishing what he wanted to do. Now, Going into the second term, he knows what needs to be done, and he knows who he needs to surround himself with, and he knows who's going to help get the job done, and I think that, the use of, Vivek Ramaswamy and, Elon Musk in particular and doge at large is going to be a huge asset and understand that these guys, Vivek and Elon, they're just humans, just like you and me, they're just people. they're very successful and I think we should allow them to bring. Their knowledge and their success, because obviously they're doing something right a lot of people complain about them being billionaires and this, that, and the other thing The fact that they're billionaires should be something that we should say yes, because that means that they know how to get things done. If you are truly America first, you have to admit upfront, our government sucks as far as the bureaucratic. Machine, it is cumbersome and it is bloated and we have these career politicians and all these people that just are screwing with us. We the people, we have to take back control of the government. We have to be the ones in charge. And I think that Doge in particular is going to be a big part of how we can do that. So anyways, let's go on to bullet point number five here of what, Grok had to say. So personal experience and policy stance. Musk has shared details about his own immigration history, having been on an H1B visa himself, which he sees as a direct benefit to America's technological and economic strength. However, his aggressive defense of the visa program, especially in the context of political appointments, like Sriram Krishnan. Oh boy. I butchered that name. Sorry. has been interpreted by some as prioritizing foreign workers over American ones. Okay guys, again, we have to get off of this. I'm owed this. You owe me. I'm a victim. Okay. and maybe, maybe, you know, this is just my perspective, my take on things guys, but we have to understand we got to step up. We got to toughen up. We've got to put aside the poor me, the poor victim, the, that whole mentality guys, we have to, put on our big boy. Big girl pants, and we have to be willing to, to not be offended by things. Okay. I really feel kind of looking at this broad picture so far that if we're going to truly make America great again, we have to be willing to do whatever it takes to truly make America great. Make America great. And I'm already getting some ideas for future episodes of the podcast that I'm going to delve into it. I'll be recording those and going into those and talking about them. And maybe we can even get some people from X to come in and do a discussion to talk about things and really have some fun with this. like I said, this is just a welcome back episode. But there's work ahead of us. We have work to do as Americans. And if we want to, again, be a part of making America great, it can't just stop with, Hey, we got president Trump in office and now we can sit back and relax and do nothing. This is the beginning guys. We have work to do. We have to really come together. And that doesn't mean that we're going to be all puppy dogs, rainbows, and sunshine and never have an argument or a harsh word or a disagreement on policy or ideas. That's okay. We can disagree guys. we can even argue, we can debate. That's fine. But make sure it's grounded in, Facts. Make sure that it's grounded in, understanding the issues. let's make sure that we're not only willing to go to bat for what we believe in, but they're willing to listen to others because that open exchange of ideas, that's where we grow. That's where we come together and that's where we get better and we get better outcomes better results. Aren't you listening? honestly, I saw this eruption of anger On X and, lots of stuff flying and I wanted to at least look at it and talk about it here for a minute. the last thing that Grok says here is that the controversy reflects broader debates about immigration, job displacement, and national identity with Musk's comments being seen by some as endorsing policies that might disadvantage American workers in favor of global tech talent. however, others argue that this perspective is essential for maintaining America's lead in innovation and technology. I will agree with that last part there guys. If you want to stay competitive, if you want to stay ahead, you've got to do the work. You know, guys, as far as my own personal career path goes, everything that I've achieved thus far in my life has been because I've been willing to put in the work and the sacrifice to get there. And the fact that I'm not a millionaire or a billionaire. is because they've been willing to do the work that I have not thus far. So I'm a big proponent of personal responsibility. I'm a big proponent of, if you want it, go get it, go make it happen. and I do believe that in America, we have every opportunity to achieve whatever it is we want to achieve if we're willing to put in the work. So that being said, guys, if you want to comment on this. Episode, come on over to, my profile on X, feel free to share comments and your thoughts. if you disagree with me, that's absolutely fine. You're more than welcome to, just keep it Above the waistline. we don't need to get profane. We don't need to, lose it over that. Okay. So guys, thanks for checking this out. Like I said, this is a, love project of mine. as far as the podcast, the show, and, if you will like it, subscribe to it, share it. I would really appreciate that because again, I want to be a force for good in the world. So anyways, guys, on that note, I'm out of here. I got to go take care of some stuff here at the house. So have a good night and I'll talk to you later. Bye.
